In 2019 Rome was casted in his first reality TV show alongside American Rap and R&B Grammy Award winning superstars Lil Kim, Mya and Chilli (of TLC). The show was titled “Girls’ Cruise” and aired on US Television network VH1. The show also feature MTV and VH1 comedians B Simone and Pretty Vee from Nick Cannon’s hit show “Wildin Out” , actress Tiffany Panhilason, Food Network Chef Tobias Dorzon and husband of fashion icon Marc Jacobs; Char Defrancesco . The show premiered July 15, 2019 .
Girls Cruise finds Lil’ Kim and her celebrity friends embarking on a vacation of a lifetime in the series described as one of self-exploration and sisterhood. As they travel through the Caribbean, the crew hits the high seas on an epic journey filled with hilarious adventures, emotional breakthroughs, and spicy romances as they cultivate bonds and unapologetically live their best lives.
Rome’s role was as the “Fun Director” on the luxury cruise as he ensured that the ladies had the time of their lives as they visited Barbados, Tobago and Trinidad. He appeared in all 11 episodes of the TV series and was most known for his romance on the show with Chilli (former girl friend to Usher) . Rome and Chilli were seen on a lunch date on the boat and seemed to get very close as the series progressed. He took the girls on various adventures on the islands including Trinidad’s Carnival. In one episode Rome had a run in with both B Simone and Pretty Vee over Vee’s tardiness that almost miss them miss a major part of the Carnival.
